Each year Ace Boxing releases New Blood onto the scene.



Friday March 13 sees the Pro Debut of Omar Shaick and our first look at Sammy Leone - both had very successful amateur careers.

They are in support of a MASSIVE Dual Main Event featuring two of QLD's biggest names in both Boxing and Kick Boxing.

Nathan NASTY BOY Briggs rematches with the IRON RHINO Michael Kirby for the OPBF Heavyweight Title and Bruce PREACHER MacFie returns to Marquess of Queensbury rules for a shot at the QLD Middleweight Title against current Champion Jason HITMAN Hartmann.

Briggs has made the cross over having been a former Kick Boxing Champion too become a recognised force in the International Heavyweight Boxing ranks. Briggs has been focussed on a massive year in 2009 and he has some unfinished business with Michael Kirby who gave as good as he got last time these two met. Briggs wants the KO and Kirby has accepted the challenge knowing the scenario he is walking into. Both fighters weigh over 110 kilos and this will be an action packed fight from the opening bell.

Bruce MacFie when deciding about a return to Boxing has asked for a title fight and wants to prove the doubters wrong with this change in styles - MacFie holds a world title in Kick Boxing and has always been regarded as one of the best with his hands in that discipline - recently out boxing Daniel Dawson in a masterful display of both hands and feet.

Jason Hartmann has grown from strength to strength to be inside the top ten of Australia's premier weight division. He has won with POWER and aggression in all of his KO wins and will be seeking a short night.
