Houmono has now reclaimed the number spot in the Australian Heavyweight pecking order with possibly his finest performance. H
e will straight away look to defend the title with a fight in Japan on the cards.

Iron Rhino fought the style of fight he wanted but was frustrated by Houmono's defence and after the fight said to Soloman " I just couldn't land a clean one on you brother - you are a cunning son of gun". Or words to that effect ;)

Soloman Houmono all business as the time for talk finishes.

Soloman Houmono walked quietly into the weigh in tonight with a steely look of determination, he then calmly shook hands with his opponent Iron Rhino Kirby, posed for a few photos, weighed in and then proceeded to return to his camp for a nights rest in preparation for what many are expecting to be outright Heavyweight WAR!

Iron Rhino on the other hand was relaxed and in the mood for socialising as he caught up with the undercard fighters and dined at the Mansfield Tavern. Kirby is the first to tell you that boxing skills wont determine the outcome of this fight. "Within the first 15 seconds of any fight I know whether I am in for a hard night. I can feel whether the other guy wants to be there or not and if he doesn't I will knock them out!"

Boxing opinions a split well and truly down the middle in terms of who will win and why. Solo by KO early...Rhino by late stoppage...Solo KO1...Rhino inside of 5...

Never before has an ACE Boxing main event been so divided between who will take the belt.
