Phillip Holiday pictured below has won the Australian Title in magnificent fashion with a split points decision over Jason Kanofski last night at the Mansfield Tavern.

The judges had differing opinions which showed how close this fight really was.

Congratulations to Phillip Holiday and his emotional celebration in centre ring proves just how much this Title meant to him.
In the other Australian Title fight Shane McConville remained Phil Maley's nemesis with another victory over him. The judges once again scored the fight very close with 2 judges giving the fight to Shane and the other having it a draw.
